Hymn for Her - CD (physical CD)

Hymn for Her is my second album of solo piano comfort music, including jazz standards, hymns, classical and five new original compositions. 

Many of these original compositions evoke imagery like sunshine, water, and the color red. “Goodbye Colorado” is my tribute to my three great years in Denver. An accompanying video with imagery and lyrics can be found on my website.

“Hymn for Her” is particularly close to my heart.  I wrote it late one night in an empty, dark church sanctuary when I was experiencing a time of loneliness. Now, whenever I feel down, this piece brings me comfort. It is my hope that this piece and the rest of this album will also bring you comfort, joy and pause for reflection.
